Newport Beach to Avalon - Round Trip

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Reservations

This ferry must be ordered a minimum of 4 days in advance of the departure. Orders placed within 4 days of the departure date will not be confirmed.
Children under 7 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Baggage

Personal identification required on all luggage. Luggage is limited to 50 lbs. per bag. Two bags (37" x 23" x 23") maximum per person to be stored in the luggage hold. One piece of carry-on luggage is permitted and must fit under the seat. Strollers must fold, pets leashed and muzzled, one scuba tank allowed, weight belts must be carried onboard. Contact the barge or air freight for oversize luggage. U.S. Coast Guard prohibits flammables, combustibles, batteries, firewood, camp stoves, etc.

In accordance with the California Public Utilities Commission and the Office of Homeland Security, all fares and taxes are subject to change. An additional fuel and/or security surcharge may be required.

Animals
Personal domestic pets are to be leashed and muzzled or in a pet carrying case while waiting to board the boat and for the duration of the trip. One pet per passenger. Pets are to stay close to the owner on the deck. Pets are not allowed in passenger seats or in the aisles where they may obstruct traffic. Pets must be secure in a muzzle, leash and collar or a muzzle and harness sufficiently strong and tight fitting to securely hold the pet, or the pet must be enclosed in a suitable animal carrier throughout the duration of the trip. Catalina Express will not assume obligations to store or care for pets at ports, docks or on board vessels. Animals must not have an offensive odor. Animals are not permitted in the Commodore's Lounge.
